The 30th Earthquake Disaster Prevention Technology Exhibition is a specialized exhibition showcasing the latest disaster prevention and mitigation technologies, focusing on preparations for increasingly diverse and severe natural disasters such as earthquakes, typhoons, and heavy rains. The venue will feature practical exhibits such as earthquake resistance, seismic isolation, and vibration control technologies, emergency power supplies and storage batteries, disaster communication systems, damage surveys using drones and robots, disaster prevention digitalization, and information management using AI. Furthermore, a wide range of exhibits will be on display, including evacuation shelter operation support, stockpile management, safety confirmation, BCP formulation support, and construction and infrastructure technologies that support recovery and reconstruction.

An earthquake experience vehicle was also put into operation, which reproduced actual shaking and allowed people to experience up to magnitude 7 on the Japanese seismic scale, and used VR functionality to learn about the dangers of earthquakes and how to prepare for them. It is being used in training and events to help raise awareness of disaster prevention.
